About this dashboard
v1.0 (live): weekly capacity economics across L1W / L4W / L13W actuals. Capacity scorecard (12 metrics), L1-vs-L13 margin driver bridge, week-of-year and day-of-week patterns, work-area stop dispersion, current-operating-week unit context.
Data composition: FedEx settlement revenue (variable scope, excludes service charge + brand promotion), Gusto driver payroll (includes Vincent + Brandon as driving-capacity cost), gold_weekly_fuel for fuel. Uses only completed actual weeks for L1/L4/L13 averages; current operating week shown separately.
Planned next iterations:
- Cube fill rate (pending MyBizAccount cube data ingest)
- Driver overload hypothesis test (next-day absence correlation)
- Truck-size variance by route (depends on cube)
- Vehicle economics — repair vs replace + EV scenario model
