v1.0 (live): recruiting funnel from recruiting_funnel_daily; 60-day and 90-day tenure milestone alerts derived from ref_driver hire dates; retention snapshot covering 30/60/90-day survival and trailing-quarter turnover.

Funnel looks empty? It only reflects what the recruiter records. Check the recruiting_capture_health panel and follow WF-1.5 Recruiting Pipeline Data Capture — calendar triage and Onboarding Gate Tracker outcomes are what populate applicant_pipeline and recruiting_funnel_daily.

Read cadence: 1–2x per week. Read more carefully than a daily glance — milestone lists drive paperwork triggers (Health Care at 60 days, 401k + probation exit at 90 days).

Scope note: driver-track personnel only. Vincent Tablet and Brandon Fankhauser are excluded from milestone lists and retention math (not on a probationary track; would distort tenure metrics).

Planned next iterations:

  • Attendance signals once attendance_summary_weekly is reliably populated
  • Morale risk indicator when source data flows
